What is the difference between the Room Packages?
The only difference between the two options is one is private and the other is shared. Please understand that when you reserve the double room, you may be in a room with a person you don’t know if you are not coming with a roommate.
I have food allergies and/or a special diet, when do I tell you?
You will receive a questionnaire where you can share your food allergies, wine preferences and the correct spelling of your name, as some gift items may be engraved.
Is there a payment plan for the retreat?
YES!! There is a 50% deposit now required to hold your spot at the retreat and make monthly payments until paid in full. The deadline is August 15th.
Are there any refunds if I cannot attend the retreat?
Depends on when you request a refund – Yes… If you request a refund of your deposit before June 1st, you can get a refund. After June 1st, there are NO REFUNDS of the deposit or any payments. However, you can transfer your registration any time before August 15th (date of your final payment).
Are meals included?
Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner is covered with your package. Any meals outside of our designed times and providers will be “self-pay“.
What precautions are being taken to protect us from COVID-19?
All attendees will need to submit a negative test result taken no more than 3 days prior to your arrival and participate in post-event contact tracing surveys. Masks will be required for all attendees.
